Artists Against Bullying was brought together by our founder Tamara Cisneros, an Orange County native. Residing in Fullerton, CA, Tamara has worked in the body arts community for the past 5 years. As an active member in the local community, Tamara was asked to join in the 2013 Mardi Gras for Autism event.  Tamara and a group of local artists came together to create personalize ball caps for the children, and realized how art could be an empowering tool to effective teach against bullying. After having great success with that event she and the other artists committed to continuing and expanding Artists Against Bullying.

 

      Since that first success, Artist’s Against Bullying has started an art program at the Fullerton Boys and Girls Club,  helped serve holiday meals to children in need, held a toy drive for underprivileged youth, and look forward to  joining forces with En Pointe Dance & Fitness in Long Beach, Ca and The Magic of Bonfadini to expand the program. 

 

    Each of our artists and members were especially chosen. We all have different personalities, but share the same goals. Our group started with 5 tattoo artists and is continuing to grow with the help of our local community. We want to involve and impact the lives of all, not just in our community but everyone who is ready to make a difference.
