I'm 53 years old. I was born in Manhattan N.Y. I joined Artists Against Bullying because I liked the idea of sharing information and letting others know that because you are different does not mean you don't belong. I am looking forward to the opportunities ahead as we attend schools and share that being different is not a bad thing.

I to was bullied as a child, young teen and adult because I was chubby and got teased because of my skin color and being bilingual. As for me, my mom taught me at 12 years old to sew, crochet, bake, cook and make all kinds of crafts I used it to get away from all the madness. I began at 12 to make jewelry out of seeds and sell them. I got into anything I could to escape the teasing.

I look forward to growing with AAB in hopes that we can provide a means and even a center to help others have an outlet. maybe even teach some of my talents. Still to this day when I go thru things I will cook up a feast to get through my trial.
